Advanced dashboard for decentralised and transparent inflation tracking

Objective:

An inflation-tracking company approached our software development agency with the goal of creating a dashboard to display data from a feed of decentralized companies that track inflation data. The company wanted to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their predictions compared to the government's inflation tracking methods.

Technology:

Our team proposed using Nuxt3 and TypeScript to build the dashboard. Nuxt3 is a framework for building universal Vue.js applications, and TypeScript is a superset of JavaScript that adds optional static typing, making it easier to catch errors and improve maintainability.

Implementation:

Our team first set up a Nuxt3 project and configured it to use TypeScript. We then connected the dashboard to the decentralised companies' data feed and used TypeScript to create a custom data model to represent the inflation data. We also created a set of reusable components to display the data in the dashboard, such as line charts, bar charts and tables.

We then created a prediction algorithm that uses the data from the feed to predict the inflation rate, which was more accurate than the government's predictions. We also added a feature to allow users to compare the predictions of different decentralized companies.

Results:

The inflation tracking dashboard was successfully deployed, and the client was very pleased with the results. The dashboard was able to provide more accurate predictions of inflation rates and allowed for easy comparisons of predictions from different decentralized companies. The use of Nuxt3 and TypeScript also made the project more maintainable and easier to expand in the future.
